Alejandro Talavante, Daniel Luque and Juan Ortega faced a disappointing set of toros from the ganaderias of Pueto de San Lorenzo and La Ventana del Puerto. Talavante did his best but had little to work with. Juan Ortega did well with his first and cut an ear but his second toro was impossible. Daniel Luque, substituting for Morante, had a great afternoon.
He found something in both of his opponents, and, despite the wind, he cut three ears and exited the plaza en hombres!!!
